Here at Nordic Loft, we make every effort to ship your order promptly and economically. You will receive e-mail notification of UPS and USPS tracking services.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
We guarantee your complete satisfaction with the products we sell. To that end, the Nordic Loft offers a seven day return/exchange policy, except on special order items. You may return your item to us within seven days of receipt of your order. All products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging in order to receive a refund or exchange. As soon as the returned item has been received by us, the Nordic Loft will process your request for a replacement or refund. Refunds (excluding shipping costs) will be processed within 14 business days after your merchandise has been received by us. If you have any questions please contact us at: returns@nordicloft.com.
